With a variety of classes and programs to choose from, including chair yoga, strength training, low impact aerobics, dance, pickleball, HIIT, camping, nature walks and more... there's something for everyone at Active Seniors Adventures.
"Healthy Saturdays" are planned fitness events to be held every fourth Saturdays 9:00am - 12:00am and it includes a healthy breakfast after class, healthy living information and vending with our community vendors.
