"Healthy Saturdays" are planned fitness events to be held beginning July 22nd 9:00am = 12:00am and every fourth Saturday of each month and depending on momentum, classes frequency will increase to second and fourth Saturdays or even every Saturday.
"Healthy Saturdays" includes a healthy breakfast after class, healthy living information and vending with our community vendors.
