Active Seniors, Fall is here when the leaves turn and create a beautiful picturesque. Let's take a train ride through North Georgia Blue Ridge into serenity and enjoy the breathtaking mountainous fall scenery, while finding peace, and tranquility and enjoying time with like-minded "active" seniors - ASA friends!!
This is a Day Trip, Saturday, November 8th that starts at the historic depot in downtown Blue Ridge, GA. We will be riding the Express train (which does not stop in Tennessee) which is only a two our train ride round trip, 26 miles along the Toccoa River through the North Georgia countryside.
We'll meet at 10am in Gwinnett County (info will be provided to you) to ride together on a van to Blue Ridge, have lunch (your own tab) at one of its fine southern restaurants and if we have enough time, we'll walk around the city and then board the train, where we'll ride through the forest and back to the depot in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
WE WILL BE SITTING IN THE CLOSED COACH

The van has limited seating for 12ppl. The cost for the round trip, van ride and round trip train ride total including all fees and taxes is $110/per person. You may pay the full price for your ticket now, or you can make installment payments of $65 due now and balance $45 due Oct. 19th.
Deposit is NONREFUNDABLE at 7 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. No credit will be issued for unused tickets.
VAN &TRAIN DEPARTURE
Van departs at 10am to arrive in Blue Ridge at 12noon where we have lunch and board the train together departing promptly at 3pm and returning to the depot at 5pm where we hop on the van and return to Atlanta at 7pm.
No alcohol, smoking, or vaping are allowed on the train.
No outside food allowed, only you may bring water

You may be creative, playful, dramatic, comical and so much more! Come let's make art together while listening to beautiful sounds, savoring delicious mouth-watering bites and sipping non-alcoholic tropical drinks while painting and engaging in interesting and fun conversations.....
Supplies are provided: Easel, Canvas, Paint, Brushes and oh delicious bites.... Just bring yourself, your drink and maybe a friend or two, or just come and make a friend, enjoy the art expressions, the conversations, the bites and the music!
