Active Seniors Adventures is 501c3 non-profit organization serving as a catalyst for bring 55+ active seniors together to engage in fun-filled activities, adventures and events, building friendships, expanding horizons and helping to sustain the seniors community.


We offer several membership options including monthly and annual memberships for singles and couples.

Active Seniors Adventures is located in Norcross, GA. where most of its housed in-person events are held, however location would depend on activity and events, i.e. retreats, cruise, concert, day trips. Some events are virtual and can be joined in from your device from any location

Staying physically active is important for maintaining good health, reducing the risk of chronic diseases, and improving mental health and well-being.


Active Seniors Adventures offers a variety of group fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates, dance fitness, and strength training. We have options for all fitness levels and interests.


You can make sure you're getting enough physical activity by tracking your activity levels and aiming for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity per week, spread out over at least three days. Additionally, adults should engage in muscle-strengthening activities at least two days per week.
